One of the questions I get asked the most by clients who are relocating to the Jacksonville area is, where’s the best place to live?

The answer can be very different for each person or family, and depends on quite a few factors like the kind of lifestyle and atmosphere you’re looking for, what you like as far as a home’s style and features, and of course, your budget.

One of my favorite spots in Jacksonville is best known for its boutique shops, art galleries and fine dining district.  This trendy neighborhood is also where you’ll find some of the most unique homes in our area from cute historic bungalows and luxurious riverfront condos to iconic multi-million dollar private estates.
